At Empowered Fitness Training, I offer a range of services designed to meet you where you are; whether you’re pursuing individual goals, chasing a new PB, or joining a supportive community. The weekly Eldwick Women Run Fit sessions bring local women together for inclusive, confidence-building group runs. For more personalised support, I provide Online Run Coaching, complete with structured plans, progress tracking, and expert feedback tailored to your goals. You can also book an in-person Running Form Assessment to fine-tune technique and help reduce injury risk. If you’ve got a specific target in mind, like a race or fitness milestone, I can create one-off bespoke training plans to help you get there with confidence.
